纯奶肉松吐司
不放一滴水,用纯牛奶揉面,用自制的肉松做吐司,无任何添加剂,香甜松软,吃得放心,吃得健康。

  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 酵母3克
  • 25克
  • 牛奶110克(根据面粉吸水性增减)
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 玉米油20克
  • 1小匙
  • 奶粉10克

Steps to make 纯奶肉松吐司

  • 1.将高粉、糖、盐、牛奶、奶粉、鸡蛋混合成面团,揉至糖完全融合后,加入酵母揉至出粗膜。
  • 2.分5次加入玉米油(每次将油与面团揉匀后再另加入油,要少量逐步加入油才能揉匀),揉至完全扩展状态(出薄膜)。
  • 3.面团发酵约1小时至二倍大。将面团取出排气,揉圆, 盖保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
  • 4.将面团擀成椭圆形。
  • 5.左右对折。
  • 6.再将面皮上下擀开成为长条,然后自上而下卷起。
  • 7.将整形好的面卷放入吐司盒,进行最后发酵,发酵至8.5-9分满,表面刷蛋液,铺上一层肉松。
  • 8.烤箱140度预热,中下层,上下火,烤35分钟左右。
  • 9.烤熟后立刻取出脱模,侧扣放凉,凉透后装袋密封保存。
