葱香肉松卷
以前去面包房最喜欢买的就是这款面包,大概是因为葱香和肉松都是我的最爱吧~自己做的表面虽然有些开裂,但绝对不影响它的美味哦~就请忽略这点小瑕疵吧~O(∩_∩)O~

  • 高筋面粉160克
  • 低筋面粉60克
  • 100克
  • 鸡蛋液25克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 酵母1小勺
  • 1/2小勺
  • 20克
  • 黄油20克

Steps to make 葱香肉松卷

  • 1.将除黄油以外的所有材料放入面包机中,启动揉面程序,揉光滑后加入黄油揉至扩展阶段。
  • 2.室温下发酵至2倍大。
  • 3.面团取出排气滚圆,松弛15分钟。
  • 4.用擀面杖将面团擀成与烤盘一样大小的薄面片,放入铺了油纸的烤盘中。
  • 5.置于温暖湿润的地方发酵40分钟,用叉子扎一些小孔,刷全蛋液,撒上白芝麻和葱花。
  • 6.烤箱165度预热,烤15分钟,取出后倒扣在烤网上晾凉。
  • 7.将面包有葱花的一面向下放在油纸上,用刀在面包背面划几道口子,但不要划透。
  • 8.挤上沙拉酱,撒一层肉松。
  • 9.卷起来,用油纸包好,静置20分钟定型,拆下油纸后切段,在横截面涂上沙拉酱,再沾上肉松即可。
