凉拌蕨根粉
虽然已经立秋了,北京依然闷热难耐,热的人都没了精神。下厨时更是有意无意的想偷懒,尽量弄些简单的凉拌菜来凑数,能不开火就不开火。今天这道凉拌蕨根粉,既可做菜亦可当主食来吃,酸爽开胃。最为重要的是,黑色的蕨根粉同普通的粉丝类食品相比热量更低,营养价值却更高,特别适合像我这样贪吃却又怕胖的人~~

  • 黄瓜1/2根
  • 胡萝卜1/2根
  • 杭椒1根
  • 朝天椒1根
  • 大蒜5瓣

Steps to make 凉拌蕨根粉

  • 1.胡萝卜、黄瓜切细丝备用
  • 2.杭椒和朝天椒洗净切小段,蒜瓣切末。
  • 3.取一小碗,放入2勺辣椒油,生抽和醋(比例1:1),再将辣椒段和蒜末放进调味汁了,拌匀待用。
  • 4.另起锅开一锅水,将胡萝卜烫熟后捞出控水。
  • 5.把蕨根粉放入沸水煮5分钟左右至无硬芯后捞出,再用冰水冰2分钟会更劲道,然后捞出控水。
  • 6.将蕨根粉和配菜放入大点的容器内,浇上步骤3调好的调味汁拌匀即可食用。
