健康营养自己做——酸奶
天气热了,喝鲜奶有了上火的麻烦,酸奶养胃又营养,下午茶,来一罐冷藏的酸奶真是超级爽!

Steps to make 健康营养自己做——酸奶

  • 1.200ml奶杯12只,探针式温度计,一双筷子,都用沸水煮开消毒,沥干。
  • 2.奶锅不大,分两次煮的,每次一升奶45克砂糖。砂糖称量入奶锅。
  • 3.倒入牛奶小火煮,搅拌使砂糖融化。(我一般煮到40度左右,砂糖已经完全融化了)牛奶温度35-40,到入酸奶菌(也可以留一罐自制酸奶当菌种)。
  • 4.搅拌50次以上,使酸奶菌完全融化。
  • 5.过筛倒入玻璃杯,封上保鲜膜。(多出一个小朋友的玻璃杯,也消毒了)
  • 6.烤箱发酵模式,上下管30-35度,常通8小时。(22:00到上午6:00,正好是峰谷电半价,呵呵)
  • 7.入冷藏钝化1小时。一周内味道都不错。
  • 8.糖量减了不少,比较清淡,可以加自己喜欢的水果,炼乳,巧克力。
  • 9.嫩豆腐一样,酸中带甜,一起来做吧
  • 10.成品,每一罐都挺好。消毒,充分搅拌,比例不错,零厨艺也可以成功。
