西红柿炖牛腩

Steps to make 西红柿炖牛腩

  • 1.买回来的牛腩冷水浸泡出血水,反复清洗干净,按照自己喜欢的大小切块,再清洗一遍,焯水后捞出空净水分。西红柿洗净最好去皮。
  • 2.西红柿去皮洗净切片,这个西红柿一顿全是汤汁,比番茄酱的颜色都漂亮。
  • 3.炒锅加入适量的油,爆香葱姜蒜,加入牛腩翻炒。
  • 4.喷入味达美臻品料酒,加入适量的六月鲜特级原汁酱油翻炒均匀。
  • 5.加入西红柿翻炒均匀,炒出浓郁的汤汁。
  • 6.加入适量的水,然后倒入压力锅中,加入花椒大料香叶,大火烧开,压30分钟。也可以直接炖,大约炖1小时左右,直至牛肉软烂。
  • 7.关火,解压后加点盐、白糖、六月鲜特级原汁酱油调味,还可以根据自己喜欢的口味加调味料调味。
  • 8.出锅装盘,软烂鲜香,筋头巴脑有嚼头,超级下饭。
