南瓜吐司
南瓜吐司,颜色亮丽,南瓜不仅营养丰富,而且是面包的天然柔软剂,成品放到第二天照样松软依然。

  • 高筋面粉300克
  • 酵母4克
  • 1克
  • 鸡蛋1个(半个)
  • 熟南瓜泥130克
  • 白糖30克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 南瓜吐司

  • 1.先放液体和酵母,再放所有材料除黄油外,扔进面包机起动和面程序至结束,加入黄油再起动发面团至结束。
  • 2.面团已在面包机自动发酵至这程度2.5倍大。
  • 3.取出发酵好面团压扁排气。
  • 4.分割成3等份,盖紧再松弛十分钟。
  • 5.取一分松弛好的面团扞开成长形。
  • 6.用手从一端卷起,用同样做法完成其余两份面团。
  • 7.将整形好的面胚放入450克的吐司模里。
  • 8.同样整形好放入吐司模。(由于我加倍所有材料,所以出现两个吐司模)将面胚放入烤箱开发酵档,下面放一盘温水,做第二次发酵45分钟至模具9成满。
  • 9.取出发酵好的面胚,轻轻的刷上一层蛋液。提前预热烤箱180度十分钟。
  • 10.将面胚送入预热好烤箱中底层,用上下火180度烤35分钟即可出炉。(在烘烤时,如果面包已上色,可盖上锡纸以防面包上色过深)
  • 11.成品出炉。马上脱模,等放至微漫时,可密封存放。(上面是我放了大椒蒂做装饰。)
  • 12.切开的成品。组织松软,颜色亮丽。
