Steps to make 韩国部队火锅

  • 1.用清水泡花蛤,让其将沙吐干净(我泡了很久,但网上说可以认真冲洗就OK咯,我是早上买好的材料,晚上吃就有足够的时间泡)
  • 2.豆腐,火腿切片,豆芽洗干净。
  • 3.豆腐切成片泡好泡到吃的时候
  • 4.切好姜,葱,将花蛤倒入锅里,水刚好淹过花蛤即可,花蛤自己要吐水٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶,加入料酒,大概煮到大部分花蛤张开即可关火,再在锅里面闷三分钟左右,捞出
  • 5.倒入辣椒酱(按自己口味订)盐巴,味精,酱油,弄好以后倒入辣白菜中,将肥肉煎出油,淋在辣白菜上面
  • 6.全部摆盘,不摆也可以,我只是为了好看,,凹凹造型,佐料全部在下面,最底下是辣白菜,然后旁边是豌豆罐头,然后慢慢摆,
  • 7.倒入骨头汤,煮开即可食用
