南瓜豆沙汤圆
南瓜汤圆可以包馅或是不包馅都是比较甜美可口的,而馅料也是极为丰富,随意搭配。这一次加入了红豆沙,不爱吃红豆的孩子再也抵挡不住它的香甜啦。
食材:去皮南瓜210克、糯米粉100克、粘米粉100克
辅料:豆沙馅约200克、桂花适量、清水适量

Steps to make 南瓜豆沙汤圆

  • 1.南瓜去皮蒸熟,可以加1汤匙的清水,在微波炉的蒸鱼档蒸熟。然后趁热加入糯米粉、粘米粉,用铲刀不停翻压,拌匀。刚蒸出来的南瓜比较烫手,用铲刀或是饭铲来操作。
  • 2.南瓜所含的水分不同,加入的糯米粉份量也不是固定的,只要和成柔软适中的糯米团即可。将豆沙搓为小分方便包馅。和好的糯米粉团分小剂子。和好之后盖上保湿防表面风干。
  • 3.取小剂子压扁,放上豆沙馅,四边向上包起,收口搓圆。
  • 4.做好的汤圆可以放冰箱冷冻保存。当然是装好袋子,密封保存。
  • 5.水开后,加入圆子,煮至浮起即可。
  • 6.加点桂花,特香。
