  • 五花肉100g
  • 汉堡胚1对
  • 车打奶酪45g

Steps to make 瀑布芝士汉堡

  • 1.牛肉和猪肉打成肉糜,洋葱切末放入肉馅中,加入盐,黑胡椒粉和生抽。
  • 2.搅拌均匀。
  • 3.摔打上劲后取适量肉馅压成肉饼,中间按一个小坑,放入锅中每面煎2到3分钟。
  • 4.碗中放入蒜粉,蜂蜜芥末酱和蛋黄酱拌匀。
  • 5.汉堡胚放入电饼铛略煎。
  • 6.汉堡胚中间抹上蛋黄芥末酱。
  • 7.铺一层生菜叶。
  • 8.放入肉饼。
  • 9.放上番茄片。
  • 10.盖上抹了酱的汉堡胚。
  • 11.不粘锅放入车达奶酪,分次加入黄油,小火不停搅拌。
  • 12.充分拌匀后倒入牛奶,继续小火搅拌。
  • 13.直到芝士液顺滑浓稠时关火,浇在汉堡上即可。
