炒桂花年糕
从江西带回来的纯手工制作的年糕,用当地土法制作的糖桂花来炒炒,真是又软又香又弹口。

Steps to make 炒桂花年糕

  • 1.两条年糕准备好
  • 2.切成厚约5毫米的片
  • 3.不粘锅中倒入植物油,油7分热时,倒入年糕片,轻轻翻炒,不时点入一些清水,以防将年糕炒得过焦
  • 4.年糕变软些,舀入适量的糖桂花,根据口味再调入一些白糖
  • 5.继续点入一点清水,将糖桂花化开,与年糕混合成一体
  • 6.出锅,装盘
  • 7.手工制作的年糕,软而筋道,糖桂花香气扑鼻
