    Steps to make 赛泥鳅

    • 1.准备好原料腐竹和肉末,把腐竹切成三寸长。(肉末被冻过了,所以就成了小块)。
    • 2.把葱白切成段,青色部分切成三寸段。蒜拍扁,姜、辣椒切丝。
    • 3.把杭椒切成滚刀块。
    • 4.腐竹放入适量的盐,加入面粉。
    • 5.把腐竹均匀地裹上面粉。
    • 6.热锅中入油,放入腐竹煎。
    • 7.把腐竹煎的硬硬的就可以了(中间可以翻翻再煎)。
    • 8.装盘备用。
    • 9.锅中入油,加入肉末和八角用小火炸香。
    • 10.然后加入(青葱段不入)图2炸香。
    • 11.放入煎好的腐竹,加入一碗水。
    • 12.放入少量的盐(腐竹原来已放过盐,这里要少加点),老抽。加入糖、醋(比例2比1),盖上盖子大火烧开,改中火。
    • 13.盘中摆好葱段。
    • 14.锅中还有少量水里加入杭椒烧一烧,加味精、胡椒粉拌匀出锅。
    • 15.香喷喷的腐竹出锅了。
