芝麻薄片饼干
很简单的一款小饼干,低油低糖略带一点咸味,适合两餐之间的加餐或下午茶,没有用到黄油,不用担心热量。

  • 细砂糖30克
  • 熟芝麻15克

Steps to make 芝麻薄片饼干

  • 1.准备所有的材料
  • 2.把过筛后的低粉、高粉,与白芝麻、糖、盐收在盆里,先搅拌均匀
  • 3.放入橄榄油
  • 4.用刮刀以切拌的方式搅匀,搅匀后的面粉呈现松散的颗粒样
  • 5.放入牛奶
  • 6.用按压的方式混合成团
  • 7.把面团分成2份装入保鲜袋里,用擀面杖擀成一张整齐的面片,保鲜袋尺寸约20*20
  • 8.把面片放入冰箱冷藏最少30分钟,拿出后,剪开保鲜袋,用滚轮刀切成大小合适的块状
  • 9.借助刮板将面片移到烤盘上
  • 10.用叉子在面片上扎上眼
  • 11.放入已预热150度的烤箱中,中层,15分钟左右
  • 12.烤后的饼干放凉后,收在保鲜盒里保存
