葱香四溢-----葱香手抓饼

Steps to make 葱香四溢-----葱香手抓饼

  • 1.将面粉加清水和盐揉成光滑的面团,蒙保鲜膜松弛30分钟。
  • 2.将面团分成两份,取1份,擀开,擀薄一些比较好,刷一层芝麻油,均匀地撒上盐、花椒粉、五香粉、小葱和芝麻。
  • 3.将面片中间均匀地切开,两端不要切断。
  • 4.卷起。
  • 5.再将卷好的面片从一端卷起,一边卷一边拉长一下。
  • 6.卷好了。
  • 7.将锅里刷一层油,将卷好的面团再擀开,中小火煎。
  • 8.两面煎上色即可。
