手工韩式芝士年糕

Details of ingredients

  • 白菜1颗
  • 白萝卜1/3颗
  • 胡萝卜1根
  • 1头
  • 梨半1/2个
  • 土豆1/2个
  • 糯米粉200g
  • 粘米粉140g
  • 洋葱1个
  • 五花肉200g
  • 韩式辣酱1汤匙
  • 糖稀1茶匙

Steps to make 手工韩式芝士年糕

  • 1.白菜从中间切成两半,均匀的涂抹上盐之后静置8-10小时使白菜脱水
  • 2.胡萝卜、白萝卜切丝后撒少许盐沙沙水汽
  • 3.土豆、梨、蒜一起放入料理机中打成泥
  • 4.之后加入胡萝卜丝、白萝卜丝、葱、鱼露、虾酱、辣椒面搅拌均匀
  • 5.白菜挤干水分后每片叶子均匀抹上酱
  • 6.放入容器中常温发酵三天即可,剩余的可放入冰箱冷藏
  • 7.糯米粉、粘米粉以3:2的比例混合,慢慢加水揉至光滑
  • 8.芝士切成小块
  • 9.手掌抹油将面团分成均匀的圆球
  • 10.之后压扁面团,将芝士块裹进面团中先揉成圆团在搓成长条状
  • 11.盘子中铺一层油纸后将年糕条蒸8-10分钟
  • 12.蒸好后的年糕条入冷水冷却半分钟后取出备用
  • 13.热锅冷油入洋葱、大葱、五花肉炒出香味后放入辣白菜炒均匀
  • 14.加入适量水后入辣椒酱和年糕条中火煮
  • 15.出锅5分钟前加入适量糖稀大火收汁
