自制南瓜糊

Steps to make 自制南瓜糊

  • 1.将南方南瓜(颜色好看)去皮去瓤,切成薄细条状。
  • 2.细山药半根去皮(也可换成糯米)、洗净切薄片,冰糖60g。
  • 3.将材料放入破壁机中,造择五谷键10几分钟就做好了,买这种南方南瓜打汁颜色好。
  • 4.加入适量的水,不能超过警戒线,反之容易溢出。
  • 5.榨出的南瓜汁细腻顺滑,不稀不稠正好、甜度也恰到好处。酒店售卖的南瓜汁78元或98元一扎,而自制南瓜汁成本只有几元钱,而且非常好喝(适量放点山药片可增粘稠度)。
