  • 酵母3克
  • 全蛋液30克
  • 牛奶120克
  • 黄油25克
  • 黄油适量(融化)

Steps to make 蒜香餐包

  • 1.除黄油外的所有材料按先液体再固体的顺序放进面包桶里
  • 2.启动一个和面程序,和成光滑的面团后加入软化的黄油,继续揉
  • 3.直到出现漂亮的手套膜(也可用力摔打使其快速出膜)
  • 4.发酵好的面团取出排气平均分成6份
  • 5.取一份面团擀成牛舌状并从一端卷起
  • 6.卷好所有的面后盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 7.再次擀成牛舌状从一端卷起并整形成橄榄状
  • 8.放进烤箱进行二次发酵
  • 9.葱蒜切成碎末加少许盐和少许融化的黄油拌匀
  • 10.发酵好的面包用锋利的刀在中间划一个长长的口并刷一层蛋液
  • 11.把葱蒜末放在裂开的口中即可。烤箱180度预热10分钟再烤20分钟左右即可
