2.马鲛鱼洗净，抹点盐挤点柠檬汁腌制半小时。![]()
3.马鲛鱼片用厨房纸擦干水份，放入锅里煎制。![]()
4.煎至两面金黄，两面滴点味极鲜，磨入黑椒碎。![]()
5.煎好后挤上柠檬汁即可装盘。
