  • 5.准备料水:将葱花、姜丝、花椒粒和八角装入碗中,倒入适量的开水浸泡30分钟。
  • 6.开始调馅:加入食盐。
  • 7.加入花椒粉。
  • 8.加入胡椒粉。
  • 9.加入鸡精。
  • 10.加入生抽。
  • 11.加入老抽。
  • 12.加入耗油。
  • 13.加入葱姜花椒八角料水。
  • 14.搅拌至肉馅同料水充分融合。
