虾仁是蛋白质含量很高的食品之一是鱼、蛋、奶的几倍甚至十几倍虾和鱼肉相比所含的人体必需氨基酸缬氨酸并不高但却是营养均衡的蛋白质来源另外虾类含有甘氨酸虾和鱼肉禽肉相比脂肪含量少并且几乎不含作为能量来源的动物糖质虾中的胆固醇含量较高同时含有丰富的能降低人体血清胆固醇的牛磺酸虾含有丰富的钾、碘、镁、磷等微量元素和维生素A氨茶碱等成分且其肉质松软易消化对身体虚弱以及病后需要调养的人是极好的食物。

  • 米饭1大碗
  • 鲜豌豆1小碗

  • 胡萝卜丁1小碗

Steps to make 虾仁炒饭

  • 1.准备虾仁,放入少许盐、一点料酒、切好的蒜瓣腌制20分钟。
  • 2.准备小半碗豌豆,小半碗甜玉米粒,小半碗胡萝卜丁,一大碗米饭和腌好的虾仁。
  • 3.锅内烧水,水开后放入一点油,接着放入我们准备好的玉米粒和豌豆,焯水20—30秒,放入胡萝卜粒焯水
  • 4.锅内烧油,家里有猪油的,可以适当放一些猪油,猪油炒米饭更香哦,全是植物油也可以。
  • 5.油烧热之后放入我们腌制好的虾仁。
  • 6.虾仁炒好之后,放入我们焯好水的胡萝卜玉米豌豆粒。
  • 7.将虾仁和蔬菜翻炒20秒左右,放入准备好的米饭。
  • 8.米饭翻炒半分钟到一分钟即可,如果是冷饭可以多炒一会儿。
  • 9.接着放入一勺生抽,半勺老抽少许蚝油调味。
  • 10.翻炒至入味即可出锅。
  • 11.大概这样样子就可以了。
