【徽菜】---黄山炖鸽
黄山炖鸽是安徽的传统名菜。
汤清鲜,鸽肉酥烂,山药清香滑口。

Steps to make 【徽菜】---黄山炖鸽

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.乳鸽洗净入开水中焯烫过凉备用。
  • 3.炖盅放入葱段和姜片,料酒,冰糖。
  • 4.再放入去皮切片的山药和焯烫过的乳鸽。
  • 5.加入适量的鸡汤。
  • 6.加上盖子入蒸锅中,隔水蒸制2个小时。
  • 7.青菜摘洗干净入开水中焯烫一下。
  • 8.蒸好的鸽汤取出,加入盐调味,再放入烫过的青菜即好。
