山楂酱香饼

Steps to make 山楂酱香饼

  • 1.原料图
  • 2.土豆蒸熟并压成土豆泥,待用;
  • 3.将土豆泥、面粉与玉米粉混在一起
  • 4.揉成面团,醒10分钟(土豆泥含有水分,所以不需要再加水);
  • 5.将面团擀成薄片
  • 6.然后从一边慢慢的卷起来;
  • 7.将卷好的面条盘起来
  • 8.然后用手按扁,再擀成薄片;
  • 9.将山楂酱均匀涂抹于面片上,其中一角不用涂;
  • 10.如图所示,用刀切成两刀(因为土豆泥面团比较软,考虑到后面包好再擀开容易裂开,所以就没有按左右上下各切两刀的做法);
  • 11.将没有山楂酱的那片向左翻折起来;
  • 12.然后再向下翻折过来,如图所示
  • 13.然后依次包好,将口轻轻捏紧,稍稍拍平,千万别使劲(因为土豆泥团比较软,就没有再次擀薄)。
  • 14.电高压锅内刷一层油,将面饼放入,盖上锅盖,煎10分钟
  • 15.一面定型后翻面,再煎10分钟;
  • 16.两面煎至金黄色即可出锅,切块装盘,即可享用了。
