  • 1.把油菜浸泡洗净
  • 2. 把黑木耳泡发洗净
  • 3. 把洗净的油菜切块,菜叶和菜帮分开
  • 4. 热油,放入葱姜炒香
  • 5.放入黑木耳翻炒后,加适量蚝油炒匀
  • 6. 然后先放入油菜帮
  • 7. 旺火反复翻炒,使其脱水发蔫
  • 8.再放入油菜叶
  • 9. 继续翻炒至菜叶塌秧,加盐调味
  • 10. 淋入水淀粉勾芡拢汁
  • 11.芡汁糊化,翻炒均匀后即可关火
  • 12.出锅装盘,即可上桌品味
