  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.准备温水60左右毫升
  • 3.加入面粉里缓缓的加变加变搅和,别一起加进去面粉不同牌子吸水性也不同
  • 4.揉成面团静置一会
  • 5.面团分开一个小团准备擀面,葱花切碎
  • 6.面擀成薄点的面饼形
  • 7.表面均匀涮点油
  • 8.撒入葱花和椒盐卷起来
  • 9.卷好后盘起来
  • 10.用擀面杖轻轻压平不要太用力
  • 11.平底锅加入油煎面饼
  • 12.定型后小火煎之两面金黄色
  • 13.成品
