自制苹果醋
苹果醋是一种口感呈酸性,而进入体内呈碱性的物质,碱性体质比酸性体质更具有抵抗力,还有益于场内益生菌的成长,促进脂肪和胆固醇的排泄,富含的维生素还能美容养颜,是很好的饮料,现在就自己动手做一瓶吧~

Steps to make 自制苹果醋

  • 1.所需材料:米醋一瓶,青苹果3个,冰糖适量。
  • 2.苹果洗好,擦干净上面的水分后切片。
  • 3.再把苹果片切成丁(直接切成薄皮也可以)。
  • 4.切好的苹果丁先拿一小部分放入瓶子内。
  • 5.再放入一层冰糖。
  • 6.用同样的方法一层苹果一层冰糖的方法,把瓶子填满(我用了三个苹果用的宜家这个玻璃瓶刚好)。
  • 7.往瓶子内倒入米醋。
  • 8.醋的量以没过所以食材为佳。
  • 9.拿个保鲜膜盖一下瓶口(我觉得这个瓶子不是很密封,密封的话就不用保鲜膜了)。
  • 10.盖上盖子就可以了。
  • 11.轻轻的把罐子移动到阴凉通风的地方,隔断时间把瓶盖打开一下,让它透透气。
  • 12.两个月以后再拿出来就已经发酵好了,颜色变成黄色的了。
  • 13.放少许在杯子内。
  • 14.以1:8的比例兑入白开水就可以喝了,跟外面卖的苹果醋一样的味道。
  • 15.把里面的苹果倒掉不要只留下原醋,放入小瓶内移入冰箱保存。
