汤圆配鸭蛋巧克力
2011.02.17今天是元宵节,身在英国上学的我还是第一次没有在家过年,想着元宵节也来吃吃汤圆,想一下家吧,一人在外也要好好待自己的么!本来是很想买醪糟来做最经典的酒酿汤圆的,可是这里真的是物资有限啊,跑了几天都没买到,只好自己创一个吃法了,想起前一个星期在超市买的生鸭蛋,想自己腌咸鸭蛋,其中有个壳裂了,没办法腌,也一直没吃,而且巧克力粉还有,于是乎……就想到了做这个!第一次做,样子有点丑,味道是不错的,哈哈。

  • 巧克力粉20g左右

Steps to make 汤圆配鸭蛋巧克力

  • 1.这就是所用材料啦,汤圆我只用了半袋。
  • 2.烧水!水快开的时候放点盐,放粘底。
  • 3.放入汤圆,用勺子搅搅,别粘着了,煮汤圆大家都会,我就不啰嗦了。
  • 4.煮汤圆的同时把鸭蛋打到盘子里,本来是想弄成太阳蛋的样子,可是用力太狠,蛋黄破了……哈哈,放到电饭锅里蒸,如果是等电饭锅水烧开后才放进去蒸就蒸5分钟左右,水没开就放进去蒸的话就等水开后1-2分钟就好了。
  • 5.蒸好后的样子,有点像太极图哈。
  • 6.差不多汤圆也煮好了,在碗底倒入巧克力粉,这个量根据个人需求啦。
  • 7.把汤圆盛到碗里,我又撒了些巧克力粉,呵呵。
  • 8.把蒸好的鸭蛋用勺子抠下来,铺上去,就好了。
  • 9.第一次做,样子不敢恭维,但味道很好!最后又热了两个在中国超市买的小烧卖,很奇怪的烧卖,就是给鸡肉香菇丸子包了个皮。
