果酱饼干
前段时间自制了一些果酱拿给爸爸吃也留了一些在家里!今个就来个果酱饼干吧!口感很赞哦,你也试试!

  • 黄油60克
  • 糖粉35克
  • 蛋黄20克
  • 中筋面粉85克
  • 低筋面粉40克
  • 葡萄果酱适量/
  • 香橙果酱适量/

Steps to make 果酱饼干

  • 1.黄油室温软化后用打蛋器低速打散
  • 2.拌入糖粉手动略拌匀,再转中速搅动均匀,呈蓬松状即可
  • 3.将蛋黄打散,分次少量加入打发的黄油中,中速搅打均匀
  • 4.用刮刀把碗边没打到的黄油刮到中间继续打匀
  • 5.加入两种混合过筛好的面粉,用刮刀将油、粉拌匀
  • 6.再用双手将面团捏合成团
  • 7.用保鲜膜包实放入冰箱冷藏30分钟(看到我的香橙果酱没,呵呵)
  • 8.拿出面团后取一小块放进模具后用手指压实并在中间摁个小圆窝
  • 9.做好的饼干移到铺好油纸的烤盘上,注意要留点间隙
  • 10.烤箱上下火190度预热十分钟后放入中层烤二十分钟
  • 11.出炉后提起油纸移至烤架晾凉
  • 12.晾至温热后在中心小窝位置填入你喜欢的果酱即可(我这里是自制的香橙果酱和葡萄果酱)
