看到冰箱里还剩半罐炼乳,想着怎么把它消灭掉,搜食谱看到这个炼乳面包,而且用烟筒模具烤的,就想尝试做一次,这一做不打紧,连续烤了四个炼乳手撕面包,两个送人,两个自家吃,真的太好吃了!

  • 炼乳15克(刷面团用)

Steps to make ~香浓炼乳手撕面包

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.面包原料除黄油和酵母外,依次放入牛奶,炼乳,盐和糖对角放,最后放入面包粉。
  • 3.选择一个和面程序。
  • 4.一个程序结束后面包桶上盖湿毛巾,再把面包机盖盖好,静置1个小时。
  • 5.静置好后放入软化的黄油。
  • 6.放入酵母再次选择一个和面程序。
  • 7.面团和好后取出揉圆,盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 8.松弛好的面团擀成长方形。
  • 9.涂抹面团的黄油和炼乳隔热水融化,搅匀后涂抹在面片上,剩下些涂表面。
  • 10.切成四长条型。
  • 11.四个面片摞在一起,切成8小块。
  • 12.18厘米戚风蛋糕模具抹油,把小面块分别放好,放入烤箱发酵,烤箱里放一碗温水增加湿度。
  • 13.发酵好后取出,烤箱预热180度10分钟。
  • 14.上面涂炼乳酱,撒蔓越莓干,放入预热好的烤箱中层180度25分钟左右,中途上色严重加盖锡纸。
  • 15.烤好后取出,震出热气,取出晾凉。
  • 16.撒糖粉装饰即可,手撕着吃最过瘾了。
