    • 1.五花肉一块,下花椒姜片煮至筷子能够插入后捞出。
    • 2.梅菜泡发。
    • 3.洗净后切碎。
    • 4.姜蒜切末。
    • 5.炒锅下油,爆香姜蒜末。
    • 6.下切好的梅菜炒出香味。
    • 7.下生抽和老抽,白糖,一点盐调味炒匀。
    • 8.猪肉煮熟后捞出,趁热在猪皮上抹老抽,用叉子在猪皮上叉几下。
    • 9.另起锅,下油,将五花肉肉皮朝下炸至皮呈金黄色捞出。
    • 10.晾凉后,切成大片。
    • 11.用生抽,老抽,蚝油,五香粉,味精调成汁。
    • 12.把调好的汁倒入切好的猪肉片里,抓腌一下。
    • 13.另取一碗,把腌好的猪肉片肉片朝下,整齐地码在碗内。
    • 14.在肉上放炒好的梅菜,倒入腌肉的汁。
    • 15.放入高压锅,上汽后再蒸四十分钟后关火。
    • 16.蒸好后,倒出碗里的汤汁。
    • 17.将碗反扣在盘子里,汤汁均匀的淋在肉上即可。
