家常小炒肉片
平常很少买瘦猪肉,偶尔在市场看见,还是有买的冲动。选了一家最贵的,相信是最好的,买了一块回来。到家后,在清洗时,脑袋就在想,要做啥呀?好像咋煮都不爱吃,不然先切片腌着,再想想。今天,在市场上看见草菇很好,就挑了些,回家炒肉片吧,不然真没法了呀。

  • 红尖椒半个
  • 青葱少许
  • 地瓜粉少许
  • 天成一味特级鲜酱油少许
  • 花雕酒少许
  • 香油少许
  • 少许

Steps to make 家常小炒肉片

  • 1.主材料,肉已经切片腌酱油和花雕酒了。
  • 2.草菇洗净,大个切四份,小个对半切。
  • 3.切点青葱和红尖椒。
  • 4.腌好的肉片加点地瓜粉抓匀。
  • 5.锅内烧开水,加点盐,倒入草菇焯水。(前后要两分钟左右)
  • 6.起油锅,小炒下肉片。(烟气重,照得有点模糊)
  • 7.加入草菇。
  • 8.加适量蚝油。
  • 9.加少许清水,煮一会儿后,加红尖椒和青葱,翻炒一会儿,调下口味(我没再加调料了),滴少许香油,就可关火盛盘了。
