烤鸡蛋非常好吃,烤箱和电饭锅都可以做,这次用电饭锅做,放了盐焗鸡粉和盐,感觉和只放盐味道差不多。

  • 1.鸡蛋从冰箱拿出来,泡在温水里至室温状态。
  • 2.换水加入醋。
  • 3.泡10-15分钟。(泡醋水可以使鸡蛋更好入味)
  • 4.电饭锅铺上打湿的蒸垫纸或厨房纸。
  • 5.放入鸡蛋,撒上盐焗鸡粉和盐。(沒盐焗鸡粉也可多放1匙盐。)
  • 6.倒入鸡蛋一半的水,选快煮键煮至完成。(我是晚上煮,保温到第二天早上。)
  • 7.好了。为啥少了1个?老公早上班,吃掉了。
  • 8.放了盐焗鸡粉,看起来脏脏的。
  • 9.剥开看看,里面焦香,黄黄的部分非常Q。
