Steps to make 枣泥

  • 1.将红枣和椰枣去核剪碎。
  • 2.将枣碎放入锅中加清水浸泡2小时。
  • 3.将浸泡后的枣碎大火烧开后改小火继续煮20分钟。
  • 4.晾凉后放入搅拌机中打成泥。
  • 5.煮锅放入黄油小火融化。
  • 6.倒入枣泥小火熬煮至水干(这是个耐性活,要不停的翻炒,避免糊锅)。
  • 7.装入保鲜盒冰箱保存。(如要长时间保存要冷冻哦)
