  • 1.材料:鸡蛋2个,木耳泡发,将瘦肉,洋葱切丝
  • 2.盐,糖,鸡精
  • 3.柱候酱
  • 4.葱,木耳洗干净
  • 5.锅烧热,倒入打好的鸡蛋,煎成厚点的蛋饼
  • 6.两面煎黄,盛起,切片备用
  • 7.瘦肉丝加生抽,鸡精,淀粉拌匀
  • 8.锅烧热,加油放入瘦肉丝炒至变色盛起备用
  • 9.重新放油,加入洋葱翻炒
  • 10.倒入木耳,加盐,糖,2汤匙柱候酱翻炒均匀
  • 11.再倒入瘦肉丝,鸡蛋,葱,鸡精翻炒几下出锅
  • 12.装盘
