Steps to make 爆浆脏脏蛋挞

  • 1.蛋挞液:2个鸡蛋+10g糖+60g牛奶+40g奶油混合均匀。
  • 2.每个蛋挞皮里放一小块巧克力。
  • 3.加蛋挞液至七分满。
  • 4.烤箱210度预热十分钟。
  • 5.210度烤20分钟。
  • 6.40g奶油+40g巧克力,微波炉低火加热两分钟左右。每隔半分钟取出搅匀、观察状态,加热至融化即可。
  • 7.看最后五分钟时根据上色情况决定要不要挪上层。
  • 8.蛋挞上涂抹巧克力酱。
  • 9.洒可可粉。
  • 10.成品图。
  • 11.口口爆浆,奶香和巧克力香气很浓。
