    Steps to make 咖喱猪扒饭

    • 1.材料:猪里脊、土豆、胡萝卜、洋葱、生粉、鸡蛋、面包糠、米饭、西兰花调味:盐、料酒、黑胡椒粉、油咖喱
    • 2.猪排洗净用刀背拍松。
    • 3.放入容器内加入盐,料酒,黑胡椒粉腌渍20分钟。
    • 4.胡萝卜、土豆洗净去皮,切小块,洋葱洗净切片。
    • 5.锅置火上油烧热,放入胡萝卜块、洋葱片、土豆块、翻炒。
    • 6.倒入适量清水,能没过蔬菜就好,大火烧开后转小火,盖上锅盖煮制。
    • 7.待所有材料软烂,且汤汁收去一半的时候,放入适量盐、油咖喱,转小火并不断搅拌~稍煮一会即可。
    • 8.将腌渍好的猪排取出,先拍上薄薄一层生粉。
    • 9.再裹上一层蛋液,最后是面包糠。
    • 10.放入平底锅中小火煎熟,煎至两面金黄色即可。
    • 11.特点:味美适口。
