  • 1.酵母粉加入面粉中,加水和油和成面团,发至2倍大
  • 2.猪肉馅中放入酱油,料酒,姜末,五香粉,糖,豆豉拌匀
  • 3.白菜叶洗净剁碎,挤出水分放入肉馅中拌匀
  • 4.将葱花放在馅上,加香油拌匀,最后放盐拌匀
  • 5.取出面团排气揉匀,分成均等的面剂子
  • 6.擀成面皮,包入调好的馅
  • 7.锅中放少许油,煎1分钟后倒入面粉水盖盖
  • 8.收干水分撒香葱出锅倒扣在盘子上
