彩椒炒腊肉
周末去超市买了几种平常少买的蔬菜,彩椒也是其中之一,虽然儿子不怎么喜欢吃,但用来配菜却很养眼的;
昨天刚好收到来自湖南的腊肉,饭店就给煮了,香味弥漫了整个厨房,香而不腻,劲吃不柴,用上几片彩椒一炒,漂亮又开胃,用来下饭好极了。

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料,黄彩椒忘记放进来了
  • 2.腊肉用水煮20分钟至8成熟
  • 3.捞起来切小片
  • 4.彩椒也切小片,姜、蒜和湖南椒切小段备用
  • 5.热锅少油,放腊肉片煸出油
  • 6.放豆瓣酱、姜、蒜和湖南椒混合炒均
  • 7.倒入彩椒片快速炒至断生(我又放了几片黄瓜片)
  • 8.放盐和小葱炒均提味即可
  • 9.起锅上桌喽
