麻花型面包
自制麻花型面包颜色美观,形状可爱、柔软膨松、香甜可口。

  • 温水250g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 酵母5g
  • 白糖45g
  • 食用油35g
  • 2g

Steps to make 麻花型面包

  • 1.所有材料加入盆中。
  • 2.和成软硬适度的面团盖盖醒发。
  • 3.醒发好的面团揉匀。
  • 4.分成均匀的剂子搓圆。
  • 5.搓成一根均匀的长条,双手正反搓上劲,两头一提成此状。
  • 6.再正反上劲相对,成麻花型。
  • 7.全部搓成麻花状,放烤箱中进行二次饧发。
  • 8.二次饧发好的麻花型面包坯筛入少许面粉。
  • 9.烤箱预热5至10分钟,烤盘放入中下层,上火170度,下火155度烤20分钟。
  • 10.取出烤好的麻花联排面包,颜色美观、柔软香甜。
  • 11.装入盘中,麻花面包膨松香甜、老少皆宜。
