蚌肉海虹煲鹌鹑鸡

Steps to make 蚌肉海虹煲鹌鹑鸡

  • 1.海虹连壳一起放清水里面煮沸,煮至壳打开,捞出投凉剥壳,去掉内脏,清洗干净。鹌鹑鸡解冻清洗干净。
  • 2.河蚌买的时候让摊主处理好了,回来洗净切片。
  • 3.生姜切片,香葱切段。
  • 4.砂锅中小火加热,放入少许食用油,下生姜煸炒出香味。
  • 5.下入河蚌肉煸炒几下。
  • 6.在放入海虹肉继续煸炒。
  • 7.加一瓶盖白酒去腥。
  • 8.放入鹌鹑鸡。
  • 9.加适量清水大火煮沸。
  • 10.捞出浮沫。
  • 11.转小火加葱段慢炖一小时以上,炖至鹌鹑鸡肉软烂,调入食盐,和鸡精。
  • 12.汤汁炖成奶白色即可出锅。汤汁鲜美,养颜美容。
