韩式大酱汤

Steps to make 韩式大酱汤

  • 1.香菇用盐水浸泡半小时,一来可以去除杂质,二来可以去除香菇本身的味道。
  • 2.洋葱清洗干净切小丁,土豆去皮清洗后切丁,豆腐也切丁,香菇切片备用。
  • 3.锅里加入600ml的清水,倒入韩式大酱汤料和洋葱、土豆块,一起煮6分钟。
  • 4.再加入香菇片煮开。
  • 5.最后加入豆腐块煮4分钟即可。
