抹茶华夫饼
原味华夫饼已经做过,这次做抹茶味。超级简单又好吃*。

  • 无铝泡打粉2g
  • 白糖45g
  • 抹茶3g
  • 食盐少许

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.鸡蛋、牛奶、白糖先搅拌均匀,溶解。
  • 3.再加入面粉、抹茶、无铝泡打粉。
  • 4.搅拌至顺滑细腻无颗粒状态。
  • 5.再加入黄油。
  • 6.搅拌至完全溶解。
  • 7.倒入华夫饼机,刚好没过模具即可。
  • 8.盖上,三分钟左右自动调节,红灯会变暗。说明熟了。
  • 9.这种表面带微焦即可。
  • 10.加入少许沙拉酱调味。
  • 11.成品。
