春天里到处都是盛开的花朵,得到长帝e•Bake互联网烤箱的试用,心情很美丽,幸福像花儿一样,那就在烤箱里也开一朵美丽无比的花吧。

  • 高筋面粉215克
  • 全麦粉40克
  • 3克
  • 酵母2.5克
  • 牛奶130克
  • 50克
  • 全蛋液35克

Steps to make 花朵面包

  • 1.将所需食材准备好
  • 2.按照先放液体,再对角放糖和盐,最后放分类,酵母要放在粉类中间的小坑中,启动15分钟和面程序
  • 3.黄油软化,切成小块,加入面包桶中,和面时间为25分钟,
  • 4.我用的是东菱T13,这样就可以出来完美的手套膜了,
  • 5.室温为24度,直接在面包桶里室温发酵,时间为100分钟,主要看面团发酵至原来2倍大即可,
  • 6.分成9个,其中8个一样大,每个为50克,排气,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟
  • 7.八寸模具内侧和碗底均匀的涂抹上黄油,将最大的面团擀成圆形,平铺在碗上,其余如图摆放
  • 8.用刀将中间的平均切分成8份
  • 9.如图打开,取出碗
  • 10.二发在烤箱里进行,温度选择35度,时间为50分钟,直接将模具放入烤箱,不需要预热哦,
  • 11.二发好了,取出
  • 12.表面刷全蛋液,撒上适量的黑芝麻,
  • 13.烤箱温度设置为170度,时间为35分钟,其中5分钟为预热时间,最下层,大约在时间显示20的时候盖上锡纸
  • 14.花朵面包出炉了。
