纯天然蓝莓果酱配免烤芝士蛋糕
蓝莓属杜鹃花科,越橘属植物
起源于北美,多年生灌木小浆果果树
含丰富花青素
因果实呈蓝色,故称为蓝莓
众所周知蓝莓最大的功效是保护双眼
但由于味道奇特
无法受到大部分人的喜爱
如制成果酱搭配乳酪类蛋糕
那就正好起到互补的作用

  • 牛奶100g
  • 酸奶150g
  • 淡奶油250g
  • 黄油40g
  • 30g
  • 吉利丁粉15g
  • 燕麦饼干80g
  • 蓝莓250g
  • 糖粉100g

Steps to make 纯天然蓝莓果酱配免烤芝士蛋糕

  • 1.燕麦饼干80g,也可以用消化饼干或者奥利奥饼干代替,当然用趣多多也可以
  • 2.装进保鲜袋,用擀面杖碾碎
  • 3.碾碎的饼干铺入模具底部,倒入融化好的黄油,搅拌均匀后铺平在模具底部
  • 4.吉利丁粉放入牛奶
  • 5.搅拌后稍作放置,直到起小泡
  • 6.坐入热水不停搅拌,直到吉利丁粉彻底融化
  • 7.淡奶油加糖打发到出现纹路
  • 8.加入吉利丁液搅拌均匀
  • 9.倒入模具,放入冰箱冷藏2-3小时
  • 10.模具拿出后倒扣,用热毛巾或直接对着模具外部吹热风,可以脱模
  • 11.蓝莓+糖粉+少量水(约蓝莓量的三分之一),热水熬煮,糖量看个人喜爱程度
  • 12.多熬点用不掉可以密封起来下次用,熬煮过程直到蓝莓变软,彻底压成糊,约十分钟完成
  • 13.果酱浇在芝士蛋糕上,完成!
