木须肉
这是家人都很喜欢吃的一道菜,菜里所用的食材很常见,肉、菜、蛋、菌类都有,呵呵,说起来像大杂烩一样。不过,话说这道菜虽说像大杂烩,但这荤的素的一起炒,营养却是均衡,颜色也非常好看,就算只有这一个菜,也能吃上个一大碗米饭~~~~

  • 瘦肉150g
  • 木耳12g
  • 黄花菜15g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 黄瓜半根
  • 蚝油1茶匙
  • 酱油1茶匙
  • 绵白糖1/3茶匙
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 淀粉1茶匙

Steps to make 木须肉

  • 1.主要食材:鸡蛋、泡发好的木耳和黄花菜、猪肉、黄瓜
  • 2.木耳,黄花菜提前泡发,摘去老根、鸡蛋打散、黄瓜切菱形片,切
  • 3.猪肉切片,加入少许胡椒粉、食盐、料酒、淀粉抓匀腌渍几分钟,
  • 4.还是提前准备一碗料汁:1茶匙蚝油、2茶匙酱油、、1茶匙料酒、少许食盐、1/3茶匙白糖、1/2茶匙淀粉加入适量清水调匀成料汁。
  • 5.热锅热油,倒入打散的鸡蛋炒好盛出
  • 6.留底油,放入腌渍好的肉片滑炒至变色盛出。
  • 7.用滑炒肉片剩余的底油,把葱姜爆香。
  • 8.爆香葱姜,放入泡发好的木耳和黄花菜翻炒一两分钟
  • 9.翻炒一两分钟后,放入滑炒过的肉片、鸡蛋、黄瓜片大火快炒。
  • 10.炒至黄瓜稍稍断生,倒入准备好的碗汁继续大火快炒。
  • 11.芡汁收浓即可关火盛出。
  • 12.上菜啦!
