糯米蒸排骨
前段时间试做了糯米小米蒸排骨,回味着呢,这次就用糯米,就更容易蒸熟了。喜欢蒸菜,不煎不炒不炸兼操作简单,健康菜呢。

  • 排骨约200克
  • 糯米约200克
  • 玉米皮4块
  • 葱花2汤匙
  • 蒜茸1汤匙
  • 生抽2汤匙
  • 1/2茶匙
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 玉米淀粉1茶匙
  • 胡椒粉1/2茶匙
  • 花椒粉1/2茶匙
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 芝麻油1茶匙

Steps to make 糯米蒸排骨

  • 1.把糯米隔夜浸泡;
  • 2.用一大碗,放排骨、蒜茸1汤匙、盐1/2茶匙、生抽1汤匙、胡椒粉1/2茶匙、花椒粉1/2茶匙、糖1/4茶匙、料酒1汤匙、玉米淀粉1茶匙和芝麻油1茶匙,抓腌均匀;
  • 3.把蒸排骨的碗底铺上玉米皮;
  • 4.将排骨与糯米混合;
  • 5.把混合好的排骨糯米放在垫好玉米皮的碗里,开锅烧开水,水开隔水蒸约20分钟。
