咱一家子都爱吃桑葚酱,我用它来做了一个有饼底的轻芝士蛋糕,酸甜不腻,给妈送去几块,她当然大赞好吃了!

  • 奶油奶酪100克
  • 低粉60克
  • 玉米粉30克
  • 90克
  • 蛋黄4个
  • 蛋白4个
  • 黄油40克
  • 柠檬汁7克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 手指饼100克
  • 黄油40克

Steps to make 桑葚酱芝士蛋糕

  • 1.奶油奶酪、蛋白、压碎的手指饼
  • 2.过筛的低粉玉米粉、牛奶、桑葚酱、黄油、蛋黄、柠檬汁、糖
  • 3.压碎的手指饼与溶化黄油、2大匙桑葚酱拌均匀,压实在蛋糕模底,入冰箱冷冻等待用
  • 4.奶油奶酪加入牛奶和30克的糖隔水蒸化
  • 5.蛋黄4个分三次加入用电动打蛋器打拌成浆
  • 6.加入柠檬汁5克,再加入过筛的低粉和玉米淀粉 翻拌均匀
  • 7.分三次拌入溶化黄油
  • 8.轻轻翻拌均匀面糊待用
  • 9.蛋清加入柠檬汁2克,糖60克分三次加入,把蛋清打至9分发的蛋白霜
  • 10.把蛋白霜分三次加入奶酪面糊中
  • 11.轻轻翻拌均匀
  • 12.把面糊倒入手指饼底蛋糕模中,轻敲几下,震去气泡
  • 13.在烤箱最下层放一个烤盘,倒入水,下二层再放一个网,烤箱加温170度,烤60分钟
  • 14.烤好后不要拿出来,放在烤箱内放至温凉,封上保鲜纸放在冰箱中冷藏3小时左右
  • 15.取出涂上桑葚酱就可食用
