热狗包
平时做的热狗包都是用现坯包着热狗烘的,这次和面后想搞搞新意思,把热狗放在上面划花,烤起来搜狗的肉香就能充分地挥发出来,表面花纹绽放得清清楚楚,甚是吸引。

Steps to make 热狗包

  • 1.把中筋面粉300克、清水195克、白糖10克、食盐3克、酵母4克放入厨师机的大碗,先开最慢档搅拌材料成团,约10分钟,再加用刀把黄油切片放入碗里搅拌约25分钟,开第二档。
  • 2.手揩一些油,揪出一块面团拉开看能不能成膜,不用太薄,不象做吐丝拉莫那么严格。
  • 3.烤箱开350°F约20秒,手感烤箱温暖,关电,让烤箱有个温暖的环境,再用一陶瓷或玻璃碗,碗里涂一层薄薄的油,放入搅拌好的面团,用盖子或薄膜包住面上,入烤箱,设置120~150分钟,开箱灯。
  • 4.时间到后把面团放在撒了干面粉的案板上,盖上盖子,让其松驰15分钟。
  • 5.把面团分成5等分,把小面团搓圆,放入容器饬20分钟。
  • 6.把热狗划交叉花纹或斜刀花纹,深约3~5毫米。
  • 7.时间到后把小面团擀成椭圆形。
  • 8.然后卷起来。
  • 9.卷好后在接口处捏紧。
  • 10.用手把卷压扁一些,面上放热狗,花纹向上。
  • 11.放入烤盘,饬30分钟。
  • 12.时间到后取整个烤盘,预热310°F,烤箱显示预热结束,放入整盘面包,烘烤时间12~14分钟。
