  • 1.原料图。火鸡肉块半斤。
  • 2.准备好调料。需要豆油一碗、盐、生抽、白糖少许、土豆粉。红酒一勺、米醋一勺。
  • 3.辣椒。洗一个红辣椒备用。这个辣椒比较辣少放。
  • 4.土豆粉放在小碗里、加水、米醋、糖、盐适量调成芡粉汁备用。
  • 5.把火鸡肉块切小块、洗干净。加入十三香粉少许、红酒一勺、生抽一勺、撒一点点盐面。口轻。
  • 6.在加入一个鸡蛋夜、一汤勺干土豆粉。
  • 7.把浆料用手抓匀、腌制20分钟。
  • 8.炒锅热油7分热、下浆好的火鸡肉块、小火炸制。
  • 9.大点火、过二次油。炸制成金黄色即可。
  • 10.切一段葱丝。切一点黄瓜片。做配菜。
  • 11.炒锅放少许油、炒葱丝和配菜。
  • 12.再加入火鸡肉段一同翻炒片刻、待入味即可盛出来。
  • 13.小火烧芡汁。
  • 14.芡汁烧好了、把火鸡肉段倒入热芡汁上、翻炒挂糊即可。这个菜酸甜微辣可口。
