蒲菜产于大明湖畔,奶汤蒲菜”是济南著名的特色风味菜。用奶汤和蒲菜烹制成的“奶汤蒲菜”,早在明清时期 便极有名气,至今盛名犹存。汤呈乳白色,蒲菜脆嫩鲜香倍增,入口清淡味美,是高档宴席之上乘汤菜,素有“济南汤菜之冠”的美誉,又历来被人们誉为济南第一汤菜。
