抹茶花生牛轧糖

  • 奶粉75g
  • 黄油30g
  • 花生180g
  • 1g
  • 抹茶粉5g

Steps to make 抹茶花生牛轧糖

  • 1.准备好所需的材料(奶粉+抹茶粉+盐提前混合)
  • 2.花生放入预热好的烤箱中,150度烘烤至熟,去皮
  • 3.不粘锅中无盐黄油融化成液体
  • 4.倒入棉花糖拌匀,一定要用小火不停翻直至棉花糖与黄油彻底融合
  • 5.加入抹茶粉与奶粉,快速拌均匀,至无奶粉颗粒,离火
  • 6.倒入烤好的花生,快速混合均匀
  • 7.将混合好的抹茶牛轧糖移到油纸上,最好是直接用手揉几下
  • 8.整形,屋诺UN10008烤盘,厚度约1.5cm,专用牛轧糖盘比较方便(虽然不沾烤盘但是建议还是垫上油布或者油纸)
  • 9.放凉后,切块,包上糯米纸和糖纸即可
