Steps to make 雪花红薯

  • 1.红薯洗干净去皮。
  • 2.切成滚刀块用清水洗干净浸泡。
  • 3.锅中烧水,水开后将红薯放进去焯水2分钟。
  • 4.过冷水沥干水分。
  • 5.焯过水的红薯放进盘里撒上玉米淀粉,使每块红薯都粘上淀粉。
  • 6.准备粉丝和白糖。
  • 7.锅中倒油,油温七成热将粉丝放进去炸一下捞出控油,用手掰碎放进盘里备用。
  • 8.油温五成热将裹上淀粉的红薯块放进去炸。
  • 9.炸至红薯表面有硬壳时捞出控油。
  • 10.锅中加水和白糖,小火慢熬。
  • 11.糖稀熬制金黄色时关火。
  • 12.将炸好的红薯放进去,每块红薯上都裹上躺着,再将它放进粉丝盘里。
  • 13.成品图。
